Meditation to Honor My Ancestor Healers
Many of us Healers understand that while it is often a concious choice to learn the path of Healing others or to Facilitate someone else to heal themselves...many of us go on to discover that there have been others in our 'family tree' who also shared their gifts of healing, whether it be hands on .. or reading cards... midwifery...herbalists...Music..... or Healing with Foods like Chicken Soup ! It has to come from somewhere as well as from Healing guides..to many of us, it is programmed into our physical makeup.. for example. I have very big hands, and I often wondered why, as I studied healing it became apparent that my hands and their size helped me to hold energy very well. You may remember during this meditation, an Aunt who read tea leaves ( such as I have ) or the Great Grandmother who was born with a Caul over her face - often called the mark of a medium or healer ( as I also had ) ... I honor my own Ancestors always ...... and now I invite you to Honor your own :)
SO read along now - light some incense or a candle, put on some healing or soothing music and do this meditation for yourself and see what you see and feel what you feel and learn what you learn ...:)

Well Before I share with you the Meditation that was given to me by Quan Yin this morning :) .. I have to tell you what happened as I was typing it. The television is on in the background and the screen freezes and I look at the cable box and the time is exactly 11:11 !! .. The screen unfroze at 11:12. That amazed me, I often see 11:11. I go to type into this box and the only thing that will type into the box is l l l l l ... LOL .. SO that being said .. onto the meditation :)
| Every Morning I sit on my lovely porch and I meditate and then I write in my notebook. I get messages from my higher self and also from others. This morning I suppose, lately, I have been beating myself up a little bit and I got the name Quan Yin. She is a beautiful Ascended Master who has been coming to me for many years. While I was going through my divorce and was in much emotional pain, she would come to my healing room. I was in so much pain at times, I would lay on my healing table and just pray someone, an angel or master would help me. Many times Quan Yin would heed that call. I felt her as a very cool and calming energy. I would get her name and then feel that coolness and know she was near. I would usually calm down and fall asleep right on the table and I spend many a night like that. So this morning I go to write in my notebook and again she comes to me. This morning it was to give me a meditation for the Indigo Adults and Indigo children, not to mention Myself ! We have a tough time of it - because so many of us incarnated into very hard family and life circumstances. We did this so that we could accelerate the rate of our soul growth and life experience and knowing. The more we learn in a short time in any given lifetime, the more we can fulfill our life mission of helping others around us to fulfill theirs. The Adult Indigos are now coming forth to help the younger generations with their know how and life experiences. Some young Indigos are resistant to help coming from their Elders. Some young Indigos are missing the value contained in life experiences. Some young Indigos blame their parents and others around them for everything that goes wrong in their life. We Elders understand and just love all the children, realizing that we all have our own learning curve, we must never judge, and we especially realize that we create our own realities with the decisions we make :) That being said, as I mentioned above, sometimes Quan Yin, as well as other Masters come to me and give me words, ideas, and in this case a nice meditation, and today this meditation is specifically for Indigo Adult Elders and Indigo children, yet it is for anyone really, as we are all the same beautiful spark of GOD under the the human 'outfit' we chose to wear to learn our lessons this time around ! So Enjoy!! Ouan Yin's words to me today were simply ; "Why would you still after all this time, feel unworthy ? That is still your upbringing coming out. It is a part of the Acension/Awareness Process to let all of those old feelings and ideas be transmuted ...here is a meditation to help you release old energies....." Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down ..(A good idea might be to record yourself saying this meditation and then playing that until you memorize the meditation, it is a simple one and it will be easy to remember once you have done it a few times.....) 
Close your eyes .... and breathe in slowly ..... exhale slowly ....breathe in slowly ......exhale slowly ......breathe in slowly ... and hold 2...3...4...5...exhale slowly 2...3...4...5...inhale slowly and hold 2...3...4...5...exhale slowly 2...3...4...5..., Imagine yourself, your entire being, your entire energy field, surrounded by a beautiful, soft, pink light of healing energy. Feel its warmth as it surrounds you completely. Now.. as you breathe in and out slowly .. envision All Old Unwanted....Thoughts....Feelings...Emotions....Events...and ....Memories....Including Past Life Memories you may be aware of ... and any hereditary illness programming ..you may be aware of ... and any cellular memory.you wish to let go of here and now ... .. you may be aware of.... simply saying these words will allow you to heal....So imagine all of those old Energies... that you no longer need ....imagine them All Lifting out of your Physical and out of all of your energetic bodies, as you breathe in and out ........ relax... and breathe in and out... and imagine them all lifting out .... of the places they are ... and leaving your energy bodies and leaving your physical body now .....Imagine them floating up and away .... up and away ..... and totally detaching themselves from your energy .... Allowing Quan Yin to cut any Etheric cords that are attached ... and allowing them to float up and out.... and away ... from all of energetic bodies and your physical body ... they are no longer attached now .. and you imagine them floating up and away ....as strings .. or bubbles...... up and away further and further away ....imagine them floating higher and higher ...your physical body and all of your energetic bodies and fields becomming lighter....they are now free of all those unwanted old energies.. .... As they are floating upwards ... you imagine high up and away .....and you notice ...a beautiful glowing white golden light appearing above the old floating bubbles and energies ......you notice that as those old energies .... float into the golden white healing energy .... they turn into beautiful flowers .... of different colors...... and float far away .. so you may no longer see them .....they travel away from you .... they have been healed and transmuted into beautiful flowers ...... and they will land somewhere ..... they are needed .......No energy is ever wasted ... it is simply changed .... into a form ... that is needed somewhere else.......... Turn your attention to that beautiful golden white energy .... and invite it come to you .... and heal you ..... breathe it into your energy bodies and fields and your physical body ..... feel it immediately fill you with warm and loving light .... this is the love ... of All that IS ..... it fills up your entire being ... with warmth ... a sense of belonging .... and self worth ..... confidence ...... creativity .... healing ......It fills you with the knowing that you can create any reality you wish to create ...... that you may have abundance .... that you are worthy of abundance and acceptance and love .... This beautiful Golden White light of Healing and Transmutation fills your very being ..... it fills your heart to overflowing with Peace and Love .... and Knowing.. you are a Magnificant Child of the Universe... are So Loved .... and Honored ... for All you Do .... for All those who are in your life ......Quan Yin bows to You now ....thanking you ... for allowing her to facilitate your self healing today ...... And May Peace Follow You For the Rest of Your Days ......

Meditations
I will be also including messages, on my pages, that I channel while writing... I am not a trance channel .. I get a name and then the message flows through my fingers .. I do not do automatic writing either. I simply put pen to paper and the words come faster than I can write or type them ! I am given many messages and have just lately decided to share some of them with the world :) While some messages are from my higher self and the connected conciousness, I know when a Master or other being is coming through because I always get a name and then the words flow. I carry a notebook with me where ever I travel as well as my camera. Spirit calls me at the most amazing times and I like to ready and there for the task :)
