Beads Beads Beads .. oh How I love Beads !

Beading is something I have been doing with great joy for many years . I was taught by one of my very first spiritual teachers. I learned first how to wire wrap bracelets and earrings.

I have since moved onto other forms of jewelry and it has become an obsession. I am always on the hunt and look out for interesting beads or pieces I can take apart to create something new.

I love the feel of the beads in my hands, especially beads that are gemstones. When I am beading I feel as if I am not only healing something that needs healing, I also feel that by creating something, I am bringing a new energy to the world.

Beading is not hard to do and fortunately there are many places to learn how. There are websites and many books now. We live in a wonderful age of learning new information.

Beads are not only decorative, but many have healing and almost medicinal qualities to them. I design some bracelets to hightlight working on the chakras. I design others and infuse them with healing Reiki and LaHo Chi energy.

There is nothing I love more than creating a special piece for someone I love as a gift or a holiday present.

Learning how to create various beaded pieces has really been a wonderful gift I gave myself. .. We need to gift ourselves daily, it is healing and also rewarding and it simply feels wonderful to have a daily sense of accomplishment :)
